Retailer Portal - Some important changes.

 

 

In order to improve the functionality and performance of the Retailer Portal, we've made some changes to the site.  The main changes to the functionality include

 

  • Enable Users to see multiple Store information (for Retailers who own more than 1 store)
  • Categorise users to allow role profiles to perform certain tasks
  • Allow retail owners to create login accounts for Managers and Staff
  • Streamline the Compliance Certification process
  • Improve the user journey and overall experience

As part of the new site enhancements, it may be necessary to validate account details that have previously been registered on the portal.  This may necessitate contacting some Retailers over the next few weeks to ensure registration information is correct which will make it easier for Retailers to interact with the Retailer Portal site in future.

 

For National Lottery retailers who haven't yet registered for the portal, you can still register your account by clicking on the 'Login/Register' button on the homepage.  Once your credentials have been authenticated by a member of staff, you will have full access to the site.  Please note that grouped or HQ accounts (Tesco/Dunnes Stores/Lidl/Circle K/Applegreen/An Post etc - registration occurs at your head office)
