Millionaire Raffle 2018 Retailer Promotion

• The National Lottery, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1, Ireland (“The Promoter”) ‘Win 1 of 15 Fantastic Trips to London' is open to National Lottery authorised retailers in the Republic of Ireland.
• Entry to the Retailer Agent Promotion is automatic, Retailers do not need to ‘opt in’.
• An authorised retailer is only eligible to win one of the prizes.
• The National Lottery can change the number of Millionaire Raffle tickets needed to be sold each week by a retailer without consultation.
• Agents must be Active agents on our internal gaming system for the duration of the campaign.
• If for any reason, there is a technical fault in a Retailer’s terminal which prevents Millionaire Raffle sales from being captured, only the sales which are captured on the National Lottery database will be used for the method of calculation.
• The decision of the National Lottery is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be selected for each week of the promotion and we will be in contact with them individually.
• If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of operating as planned, the promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Promotion, invalidate any affected entries or offer an alternative prize at its discretion.
• The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced by any National Lottery appointed Agent in respect to this promotion.
• If the winner of the promotion is unable to attend the scheduled event for any reason, the Promoter may offer the prize to an alternative Retailer of it’s own choosing.
• Award of the prize will be awarded to the signatory of the National Lottery licence
• This Promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
